This draft describes the intended model for Sheet Engine, a Google Sheets add-on by Tosa Systems, and this marketing site. Counsel has not signed it.

What we aim not to collect

Sheet contents and recipe payloads are processed in your Google account. Tosa does not intend to store row data on its servers in v1.

What a site visit may create

Standard hosting logs (IP, user agent) if this hub is deployed on a host that records them. No marketing pixel is part of this static build.

Account data from the add-on

On install or first open we record the Google account email, an optional name you type or that Apps Script can already see, and the install timestamp. Those fields live in your User Properties for the trial clock and, when you deploy the license API, on a Worker user row keyed by email.

Marketing email (separate purpose)

Product tips and trial reminders are sent only if you say yes in the add-on (“Stay in touch” or Settings). Saying no does not limit the trial or Live. We will not treat silence as consent. Each marketing message will state why you received it and include an unsubscribe link. You can also use unsubscribe or email support@sheetengines.com. Withdrawal stops further marketing mail. Billing and entitlement messages that you request (receipts, portal links) are not the same purpose.

Payments

When checkout is live, Stripe processes payment details. Tosa stores plan, status, and Stripe customer or subscription ids — not card numbers.
