Draft terms for use of the Sheet Engine add-on and this website. By installing you will agree to a final version before public launch.

The product

Sheet Engine runs recipes you configure. Google Workspace quotas and policies still apply. We do not warrant uninterrupted send capacity.

Acceptable use

No unlawful spam. Dry-run exists so you review recipients. You are responsible for the content of mail you enable as Live.

Fees

After a 15-day trial, Live features require $5/month, $55/year, or $250 lifetime (one-time) once checkout is connected. Listing remains free with paid features. Stripe is the seller when checkout is live. Marketing email is optional and is not a condition of the subscription.

Limitation

Placeholder limitation-of-liability language will be replaced by counsel. These draft pages are not a contract.
