Use this page to stop Sheet Engine product tips and trial reminders. Billing receipts from Stripe are separate; manage those in the billing portal.

Until the license API is live

Email support@sheetengines.com from the address we mail. Write “unsubscribe” and we will record the withdrawal. Do not send spreadsheet contents.

When Cloud is live

Marketing links will include a one-click token. That token only changes marketing consent. It does not cancel a paid plan and it does not delete your add-on recipes.

What we keep

We keep a suppression flag so we do not mail you again. Entitlement and install time stay for the trial and Live gate. You can ask for deletion at the same support address.
